Launched in January 2000, Artcourses.co.uk will help you find arts and crafts courses and holidays in Britain and beyond. Entries are continually being added, so keep visiting us! All directory entries are for 2009/2010.

how to use the directory
You can quickly find a course in a particular area or for a particular subject. The
icons in each directory entry show you the level, the subjects taught at that venue, which months the courses run, etc.

Once you've found a course which interests you, make sure you check its availability using the artist's or college's contact details which are shown.

There are three ways to search for courses: by location, subject, or duration:

When you're looking for courses in a particular place (choose a London postal district, a British or Irish county or another European country)

When you're looking for a particular subject, especially the less common ones like printmaking, pottery or basket-making. (Within the subject, entries will appear in location order)
