Because our site is designed around standardised entries, our software will not accept data in non-standard format.

If you find that we have shortened the description you provided and/or used a small font size for the text, this is because the original description was too long to fit the limited space (254 characters max). If you are not happy with the shortened version, please submit your own short description.

Only one telephone number can be shown in the contact details. If you need to show an additional number, you can do this within the text narrative.

Our highlighting (bold type) policy is to use highlighting for the following only:

any subject (e.g. jewellery, basketmaking) which does not have a dedicated icon, but comes under the "Other" or "Country Crafts" icon.
