Do I really need my own website?
It is almost essential nowadays for any service provider to have a website. People who find your entry in artcourses.co.uk will expect to be able to follow a link to see more details about your courses.
But that doesn't mean you need to commission a whole website! If you're a small course provider, just one web page, with a couple of images and a few paragraphs of text, will do the trick. We can get you up and running with just such a page. We call it a starter web page...
How does it work?
You send us two images and a maximum of 500 words, and we'll do the rest.
How will people access my web page?
We will incorporate your page into our site, so that, if your name were Chris Lee, your URL could be: www.artcourses.co.uk/page/chrislee
People will be able to access your page directly as well as by linking from your entry in the Artcourses directory.
How much will it cost?
You can apply for a starter web page when you pre-pay a 3-year standard entry in artcourses.co.uk (costing from £94). The extra cost of the starter web page (set-up plus 3 years' display) will be £60 - yes, just £60!
Will my web page be used to carry secondary advertising banners?
No.
Who will own my web page?
You will. We will send you a working copy of your web page, so you will always have the option of transferring it elsewhere.
